This kind of thing should be mandatory in Driver's Ed Courses.The same laws pretty much apply in Florida (http://www.dot.state.fl.us/safety/ped_bike/laws/ped_bike_bikeLaws1.htm)I'm not sure about dooring or the requirement for police to fill out a police report... Do you guys know the details about those?
